Present data do not rule out the light neutral Higgs particle h or A in the framework of the general 2HDM. The discovery reach/exclusion limits of the Yukawa process Z → f f̄h/A, (f = b quark or τ lepton) at LEP I and of the gluon-gluon fusion at HERA is discussed. In addition the possible search for very light Higgs particle in γγ fusion at low energy NLC is described. The inclusive rate and forward-backward asymmetry of dilepton angular distribution for a B-meson to decay to strange hadronic final states and a ττ pair in a two Higgs doublet model are computed. In particular, contributions of neutral Higgs bosons to the decay are included. QCD corrections to the effective Hamiltonian for B → Xsττ are calculated using the leading logarithmic approximation.

The rare decay B → Xsγγ is studied in the Standard Model (SM) and in two different versions (Model I and Model II) of the Two Higgs Doublet Model (2HDM). In the SM the branching ratio into hard photons is about 1 × 10 and can be appreciably different in the 2HDM. We also introduce a forward-backward asymmetry which gives an additional handle to discriminate different models.

Models of string cosmology predict a stochastic background of gravitational waves with a spectrum that is strongly tilted towards high frequencies. We discuss the possibility and likelihood that one may observe like sign top quark pair production at the Linear Collider.
